Do You Need a Merri-bek Permit in Hadfield?

Hadfield sits in Merri-bek City Council, which was renamed from Moreland in 2022. Only the name changed, not the boundaries, and the permit you want is the Merri-bek one. Plenty of quote sheets and older council guides still say Moreland, which sends Hadfield residents chasing the wrong form.
