Do You Need a Hume Permit in Sunbury?

A Hume City Council placement permit is needed when a skip sits on the road, the kerb or the nature strip. A bin kept on your own driveway or rural hardstand does not need one.

What You Can and Can’t Put in the Bin

Most of what a Sunbury job throws up is straightforward: household junk, furniture, renovation and building waste, soil and concrete and hard fill within the weight limit, green waste from a garden or paddock clear, and general commercial waste.
